Eligibility: The Promote Yourself America Giveaway and Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Southworth Company (the "Sponsor") and its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, advertising agencies, and promotion partners, and the immediate families, including, but not limited to those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. How to Enter: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 5, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on June 26, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). There will be 25 Weekly Periods during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. With the exception of the last Weekly Period, which will begin at 12:00 AM on Monday June 22, 2009 and end at 11:59 PM on Friday June 26, 2009, all Weekly Periods begin on each applicable Monday at 12:00 AM (ET) and conclude at 11:59 PM (ET) on succeeding Sundays. All eligible entries received for a Weekly Period will only be entered into that week's Weekly Drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing. Limit: one entry per person per Weekly Period during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of how many email addresses a person may have. In the case of multiple entries received from an entrant in a given week, only the first entry from such entrant will be accepted. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries. Illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged.

Winner Selection: Grand prize and Weekly drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Weekly drawings will be conducted 7 — 10 days after each Weekly Period. Grand prize drawing will be conducted on or about July 8, 2009.

Odds: Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received during a given Weekly Drawing and Grand Prize Drawing.

Prizes and corresponding Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): 1 Grand Prize: A package (the "Grand Prize") consisting of the following: two (2) free roundtrip airline tickets on Southwest Airlines, hotel accommodations for four (4) days and three (3) nights for two (2) persons and $250 Gift Card from American Express to cover additional trip fees such as room taxes, ground transportation (other than what is mentioned herein), transfers, and tips. ARV of Grand Prize: $1,750. Southwest Airlines roundtrip tickets will be to/from the closest major U.S. airport to winner's residence that is served by Southwest Airlines with valid, scheduled service to a destination that Southwest Airlines serves. Reservations must be made at least thirty (30) days in advance of trip. All meals, ground transportation, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, service charges, upgrades or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the winner's sole responsibility. Tickets issued by Southwest Airlines will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. Tickets valid on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service only from the airport nearest the winner's residence served by Southwest Airlines. If the winner does not live in a city served by Southwest Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to the nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines. No substitutions are allowed. Trip must be booked by August 31, 2010 or winner forfeits all rights to prize. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent of choice. Advance booking, blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Availability is subject to factors such as weather, seasonality and space availability. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner (or guest) cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Drawing. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner's guest must meet the age of majority within his/her jurisdiction or unless winner is a parent or legal guardian of a traveling minor. Guest must complete and return a Liability/Publicity/Travel Release prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must execute any required travel documents on behalf of any traveling minor. Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions on the gift card and those specified by the Sponsor and may not be returned, nor redeemed for cash. No credit or cash given for unused portion of the gift card. 25 Weekly Prizes (One Prize Pack will be awarded each week for 25 weeks): a selection of office supplies (a "Prize Pack"). Prize Pack consists of a collection of products including, but not limited to, boxes of Southworth Exceptional Résumé Folders and Envelopes, Southworth Embossed Thank You Cards, and desk accessories including a Cross fine writing instrument and a Buxton leather portfolio folder. Total value of all Prize Packs: $3,000. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,750.00. Limit: one prize per household. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.

Winner Notification: Winners notified by mail and at the judges' discretion, may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") within 7 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes are awarded within 30 days after receipt of Affidavit/Release or prize verification. If an Affidavit/Release or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian may be required to execute affidavit on minor's behalf. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Weekly Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable. Each winner will be responsible for payment of all federal, state, local, provincial and income taxes associated with the awarding or receipt of prize. An IRS form 1099 will be issued if required by law. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of each winner. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Liability: By participating, entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges; and agree to release, defend and indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all companies involved in this Sweepstakes and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors, representatives, employees agents, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing from any and all claims, damage, injury, death, loss, or other liability that may arise in connection with an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, use or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

General: No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this Sweepstakes or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules or entry forms to its members. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal. Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper or vandalize this website or interfere with the operation of the sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws and the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kansas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Kansas, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes, including these Official Rules shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in the City and County of Hampden, MA. Entrants hereby irrevocable consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
